Mining Rate & Mining Limit Based on Levels

Different levels of the BlackHole SBT have varying token mining rate & mining limit. The details are shown as the chart below: Please note that as the $MetaX token's linear release amount will be halving every two years, the mining limit and the mining rate will also be halving every two years.
