Key concepts introduced by MetaX

① Incentive layer

MetaX is not a social platform, but an incentive layer for all social platforms.

Our goal is to onboard more users to Web3.0 with direct economic incentives based on their daily social efforts and sediment social value on the blockchain all in once.

Hence, we aim to interact with all the social platforms as they are proven to be effective on meeting users' socialization needs, and to ensure that we can capitalize on the growing opportunities of new social platforms (especially those decentralized ones).

② POSW | Proof of Social Work

Proof of Social Work is the consensus behind MetaX and the algorithm that drives the entire social incentive system.

We believe that the value generated from every social effort should be 100% controlled by users themselves. It should be able to be measured by a unified standard, and should also be sedimented on the blockchain for long-term value.

That brings us to POSW.

POSW is an on-chain algorithm to transform users' social behavior across different social platforms into a unified index. $MetaX (the direct token incentives) is rewarded based on POSW, and POSW will also be recorded on your wallet as an on-chain identity proof of social activeness.

With mass adoption, POSW will become the on-chain benchmark for social activeness measurement and precise airdrop could be automated.

③ Social Mining

Social Mining is the incentive system to backup MetaX tokenomics.

Users continue with their daily social behaviors in different social platforms, including both creations and interactions, then they will be fairly rewarded with $MetaX tokens based on POSW algorithm.

④ Open System

MetaX is building an open system that welcome every community to participate into POSW consensus.

Once interacted, users can stay in their favorite community, continue with their daily social behaviors and still be fairly rewarded with $MetaX and POSW.

This will connect all the eco-communities in a decentralized way without disturbing their normal operations.

We believe that Open System is adhering to the spirit of decentralization and is the key to the mass adoption of POSW consensus.

Auto Airdrop is the closed ring for MetaX.

With POSW, users' social value could be easily identified on-chain. That's the key for airdrops to be precise and automated.

Builders can cold-start their projects with airdrops based on POSW, which is precise, efficient, permission-less and purely smart contracts executing.
