Anti-Cheating (draft)
We encourage genuine and organic social interactions and strongly oppose any form of cheating solely for the purpose of earning tokens. To prevent cheating, we are implementing an anti-cheating mechanism. Before the development of AI semantic identification robots is completed, we will rely on user reports to detect cheating. If you come across any instances of cheating in the community, please actively report them to the administrators. If we confirm that a user has engaged in cheating behavior within the social mining system, we will first issue a warning message to the user and set his social mining status accordingly. If he continues to cheat after multiple warnings, we will follow a multi-tiered warning and blacklisting procedure. Here's how it works:
1）For users who are confirmed to have cheated, the following levels of warning/ban will be applied to their wallets (all social platforms)
● Wallet Status：
Normal
First Warning: No immediate impact
Second Warning - The user's POSW rewards will be invalidated for one epoch, with no token rewards unless a successful appeal is made.
Third Warning: The user's POSW rewards will be invalidated for three epochs, with no token rewards unless a successful appeal is made.
Fourth Warning: The user's POSW rewards will be invalidated for five epochs, with no token rewards unless a successful appeal is made.
Fifth Warning: The user's POSW rewards will be invalidated for ten epochs, with no token rewards unless a successful appeal is made.
Blacklist: The user's wallet is permanently blacklisted, and it won't accumulate any more POSW.
The wallet status is on-chain and takes effect immediately from the MetaX's settings
● The appeal process includes the following steps:
If a user receives a first warning, user's status will return to normal if no cheating is detected until the end of the next complete epoch.
If a user receives a second warning, user's status will be downgraded to a first warning if no further cheating is detected until the end of the next three complete epochs；
If a user receives a third warning, user's status will be downgraded to a second warning if no further cheating is detected until the end of the next five complete epochs；
If a user receives a fourth warning, user's status will be downgraded to a third warning if no further cheating is detected until the end of the next ten complete epochs.
If a user receives a fifth warning, user's status will be downgraded to a fourth warning if no further cheating is detected until the end of the next twenty complete epochs.
To be considered valid, a user needs to generate effective social interactions in every epoch; otherwise, the epochs will continue to extend.
2）For the community that confirms cheating, different levels of warnings or bans are imposed

● Community Status：
Normal
First Warning - No immediate impact
For the second warning, the community's Discord activity will not count towards POSW until the end of the next complete epoch.
For the third warning, the community's Discord activity will not count towards POSW until the end of the next three complete epoch.
For the fourth warning, the community's Discord activity will not count towards POSW until the end of the next five complete epoch.
For the fifth warning, the community's Discord activity will not count towards POSW until the end of the next ten complete epoch.
Blacklist: The community will be permanently removed.
The warnings or penalties for each platform within a community is treated separately. For example, if a community (Community A) has cheating on Discord but not on Twitter, the warnings or penalties will only apply to that community's Discord, and it won't affect their Twitter activities.
The status of a community, as set by the administrator, takes immediate effect.
● Appeal Process：

If a community receives a fifth warning, then community's status will be downgraded to a fourth warning if no further cheating is detected until the end of the next twenty complete epoch；

3）Reporting Mechanism
Successful reports will receive rewards from the reporting fund
Malicious reports may result in penalties based on the number of malicious reports made.
Only the content of the report will be disclosed. The identity of the cheating user will not be disclosed. After the official confirmation of cheating, the case is presented to the community for public decision-making, and this decision requires meeting the DAO governance point (X-Power) requirements.
4）Appeals Mechanism
Users who believe they were unfairly accused of cheating can appeal the decision. The appeal must be made within two days of receiving the warning message;
When appealing, you need to fill in the reasons for the appeal and provide screenshots as proof；
After our review, we will set the start and end times for the appeal process and disclose it in the corresponding Discord channel for community members to vote. To protect user privacy, only the appeal reasons and evidence screenshots will be displayed.；
The appeal form has two buttons, "Agree" and "Disagree." The backend records the user accounts and their corresponding X-Power for the vote. After the appeal form is closed, the final X-Power results will be displayed.
If the appeal is successful, the penalties will be canceled, and the POSW from the penalized period will be credited to the user's next token redemption. If the appeal fails, the user will lose the opportunity to appeal for this particular penalty (recorded in the operation logs).；
There will be no other penalties for failed appeals
The appeal results will be sent to the appellant's Discord account.
